About Charlie

At only 27, Charlie has already forged a diverse discography with a strong focus towards new artists and bands. His production of ‘You’ve Got the Love’ for Florence and the Machine scored him his first top 10 and helped get the album to number one that same week. The album has since sold in excess of 3 million worldwide and achieved five-times platinum sales in the UK. He teamed up again with Florence on her second album – producing acoustic versions of tracks from ‘Ceremonials’.

He has since gone on to produce Ed Sheeran, who’s debut album ‘+’ has sold a million copies in the UK. His production and mix of the single ‘You Need Me, I don’t Need You’ has also reached gold. Recently he has mixed the debut album for Delilah (Atlantic) as well as Producing and mixing upcoming singer Lucy Rose’s debut LP. Charlie has also worked closely with Alex Winston – producing most of her debut album ‘King Con’ as well as sharing mixing duties. He has also recently produced the first single ‘Scarlet’ for 2:54 as well as having done extensive pre-production work for their forthcoming record. Charlie has also worked closely with Crystal Fighters, Kaiser Chiefs, Slow Moving Millie and The Maccabees.
